I have twenty years of experience in B2C and B2B platform design specializing in product design, design systems, interaction design, information architecture, and prototyping. I have worked with various global companies such as Expedia, AWS, Chase and many startups. I’m passionate about leadership, design, and creating usable products.
My personal mission is to have empathy for the user and the team building the product. I take in and see feedback as an opportunity to understand how to build a product that is grounded in reality and that is easy to use for the customer.
My experience includes taking business goals and aligning them with the product vision. I’m not afraid to have difficult conversations that help build alliances that result in successful business outcomes.
